I tend to approach photography as a documentarian, but also finds pleasure in photo manipulation.
Frank is a multimedia artist, curator, community activist, and philanthropist whose greatest passion is to help others with a keen love for animal welfare. Frank has manifested his passion for the arts in many different ways; wardrobe styling, tv production, photography, paintings, mixed media arts, public art installations, writing, as well as virtual magazine publications to name a few.

Life's Journey
Photography has long lived in Frank's life journey. From fashion photography to candid shots Frank has always found great pleasure in capturing that special image. Frank tends to approach photography as a documentarian. But also finds pleasure in photo manipulation. Most of his images are taken in real-life situations where viewers are invited to participate in moments passed, which may be hard to replicate.
Frank has participated in numerous art exhibits locally and nationally, both as a solo artist and in group shows.
United Nations Environment Program
In February 2022, Frank was selected by the United Nations Environment Program, The Climate Museum of New York, and the Rockefeller Center as one of the participating artists in The Flag Project. The exhibition was created to give New Yorkers and global contributors a creative and positive artistic outlet as the world was grappling with the effects of the pandemic and ongoing social and racial injustices.
Frank’s image, Save Me, is a picture he captured of a Loggerhead turtle that was undergoing rehabilitation at Gumbo Limbo. Save Me was printed on a biodegradable flag and together with all of the other selected artist’s artwork the flags were exhibited flying high at Rockefeller Center during the entire month of April 2022 celebrating “Only One Earth, the theme of the exhibit. In 2023 Frank was selected again to participate in the Flag Project at Rockefeller Center.
